Timelapse Lab will follow the redevelopment project of the real estate complex in the Nomentano district at the corner with viale Regina Margherita.
The real estate complex for which the qualification is designed extends over 3 buildings for over 24,000 square meters. The approach that will be taken by the Fedora Fund (real estate investment fund managed by Prelios SGR) is that of analyzing the environmental, energy and sustainability benefits to redevelop a complex of buildings from the 1970s to project it into the future. Some structures will also see the implementation of photovoltaic panels to improve the energy yield of the whole complex.
