Definitions

General conditions of Sale

The general conditions of sale constitute the set of rules that will be applied to the purchase of products through the website www.timelapselab.it.
The General Conditions of Sale are formulated in compliance with the legislation on contracts concluded outside business premises and, in particular, in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce) as well as by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments and additions.

Parties to the contract

The parties to the contract are as follows:

– Customer, for the purposes of these General Conditions of Sale, by Customer we mean the natural person or other legal entity who purchases the Products through the website www.timelapselab.it.

Object

2.1 The General Conditions of Sale govern the relationship between the Customer and TimelapseLab for the purchase of Products and Services from time to time made available for this purpose on the website www.timelapselab.it.

2.2 TimelapseLab reserves the right to modify the General Conditions of Sale at any time, it being understood that they will be considered applicable to the sales contracts concluded between the Customer and TimelapseLab (the “Sales Agreements”) those published on the website www.timelapselab.it (the “Online Shop”) at the time of sending the purchase proposals for the Products (the “Orders”) by the Customers.

2.3 In the event of a conflict between the General Conditions of Sale and any other terms and conditions relating to the Sale and Purchase Agreements published in the Online Shop, the terms and conditions most favorable to the Customers will be applied.

2.4 The Sale and Purchase Agreements concluded by accessing the site www.timelapselab.it are governed by Italian law and in particular by Legislative Decree no. 9 April 2003 n. 70 (Implementation of Directive 2000/31 / EC relating to certain legal aspects of information society services in the internal market, with particular reference to electronic commerce) and by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005, n. 206 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments and additions.

Registration on the site

3.1 Registration with “username” and “password” is optional but has the advantage of storing the history and traceability of your Orders. However, if the Customer does not wish to register, he can still complete the purchase through the Quick Check out procedure: in this case, only the data necessary for shipping, delivery and payment of the Order will be requested.

Conclusion of the Sale and Purchase Agreements

4.1 TimelapseLab undertakes to send to the Customers the confirmation of shipment (the “Confirmation”) of the Order within 5 working days of receipt of the Orders from the Customers.

4.2 The Sale and Purchase Agreements are understood to be concluded between the Parties when the Customers receive the Order Confirmation. If the Customers do not receive the Order Confirmation within the deadline indicated in art. 4.1, the relative Order must be considered rejected by TimelapseLab and, therefore, without effect. TimelapseLab is not responsible for malfunctions depending on the data transmission network manager.

4.3 By sending the Orders, the Customers acknowledge and declare that they have read all the information provided during the purchase procedure and that they fully accept the General Conditions of Sale and that they have read all the additional information contained in the Online Shop. .

4.4 Orders will be filed in the database of the Online Shop, according to the procedures and in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree June 30, 2003 n. 196 (“Privacy”) and will be accessible by contacting TimelapseLab at the references referred to in art. 1 or by accessing the folder relating to your profile containing your personal information (the “Profile”).

Availability of Products

5.1 Without prejudice to the provisions of art. 5.2, in correspondence with each Product published in the Online Shop, TimelapseLab indicates whether it:
