Milan: The restoration project of the 8,400 sqm office building in Piazza Fidia was born from the encounter between innovation and functionality. Designed by the architect Stefano Belingardi in the Milan Isola district -between Scalo Farini and Porta Nuova-, the building was designed to offer efficient and sustainable workspaces thanks to LEED, WELL, WIREDSCORE and BREEAM environmental certifications. The delivery of the property, marketed by BNP Paribas on behalf of Ardian and Prelios sgr, is scheduled for Q2 2022.
TimelapseLab will follow the restoration with 2 TLA8 devices to perform a time lapse video and monitor the whole works.
