Real Time Video Analytics in AI
One example of a live analytics software solution leverages the features of traditional video surveillance cameras by enhancing them with built-in artificial intelligence algorithms, which enable proactive monitoring and facilitate possible interventions that, if in time, can provide efficiency and safety benefits.
DPI monitoring
This solution is based on Artificial Intelligence algorithms and aims to increase the level of Safety guaranteed within industrial and non-industrial compounds, intercepting any potential dangers during the performance of production activities.
Specifically, through the use of complex neural networks from which the necessary features were extracted in order to recognize functional objects for tasks, making it possible to exploit existing video surveillance cameras and multivendors (Axis, Hikvision, Dahua, Bosh…).

- GREEN: helmets/ safety vest present
- RED: helmets/ safety vest absent
Man-down alert
Alerts in case of a man-down allows for rapid intervention in case of accident, reducing the time for action and increasing the likelihood of preventing serious consequences. In addition, through this we enable workers to be further protected at the worksite, improve monitoring of activities, and ensure a safer and more controlled work environment.
- RED: Signaling the presence of a man on the ground.
Human-machine collision alert
Our alert system to signal the risk of man-machine collision on the construction site allows us to increase safety on the construction site. We can then prevent serious accidents by alerting operators and workers of the impending danger in a timely manner. This significantly reduces the risks associated with shared work areas between people and equipment, improving operational efficiency and fostering a safer and more secure working environment for all workers involved. We automatically recognize machinery (e.g., forklift) and signal:
- RED: man in prohibited area
- GREEN: absence of people in prohibited area
In-process material checks
An alert system to report the presence or absence of materials being processed is a valuable tool for optimizing site management. It allows real-time monitoring of the availability of needed materials, avoiding delays due to unforeseen shortages. This approach improves operational efficiency, reduces waste and ensures more accurate planning, helping to keep the worksite organized and productive.
