Kurt Construction completed a project for the prestigious ‘Tulip Tower’ located in Erbil, Iraq, commissioned by NORTH LIGHT HOLDING.
The project involved the construction of four towers, each consisting of 40 floors starting from the ground floor. The total commercial area on the first floor and ground floor is approximately 22,900 square meters, intended for various commercial activities with different characteristics.
Above the commercial spaces, 1220 flats of different sizes and characteristics have been built, with a total area of 215,600 square meters. In addition, four basement floors, with a total area of 58,400 square meters, were allocated to parking spaces to meet the needs of those arriving at the building by car.
The construction site lasted three years and covered an area of 297,000 m². This project was of great importance for the city of Erbil and for the whole of Iraq, which is engaged in post-conflict recovery and rehabilitation initiatives with huge investments in infrastructure.
