We are excited to announce our recent collaboration with SGI, Società Gasdotti Italia, for their upcoming construction site in Corridonia. This project, with a duration of about 22 months, involves the construction of a booster station, a structure used to ensure the continuous movement of gas through a pipeline network. A project of great importance and very useful to the city.
To monitor the construction site, 2 TL8 devices from TimelapseLab, intelligent industrial devices for managing construction sites entirely remotely with AI-based software, were installed.
With the help of the TimelapseLab devices, the site manager will have the ability to stay up-to-date on working conditions by sending automatic alerts for workplace safety and alerting construction management if safety protocols are not being followed. TimelapseLab products use a neutral network to identify and obfuscate sensitive data in images to protect worker privacy.
Site activities will begin with the preparation of the area, a completely level valley floor area, and the installation of necessary equipment. This will be followed by building the foundation and laying the piping. The remaining equipment will then be installed and then the wastewater collection networks will be constructed, and finally, testing and verification will be carried out to ensure the proper operation of the plant before the booster station is activated.
