TimeLapseLab and Colliers: Innovation for the Restoration of Grande Bretagne
TimeLapseLab is pleased to join Colliers Italia in the prestigious redevelopment project of the former Hotel Grande Bretagne in Bellagio, destined to become the first Ritz-Carlton in Italy. This impressive project represents a turning point for the hospitality sector on Lake Como, with the creation of a luxury resort that will include 59 rooms, 46 suites, a SPA, exclusive restaurants, event spaces and extensive parks.
Through our innovative digital monitoring solutions, TimeLapseLab will ensure constant and detailed control of the construction site, visually documenting each stage of the conservation restoration and offering the property and project managers simple and effective remote management. Our plug & play technologies resistant to the most complex environments will allow the collection of high definition data and images, useful not only for operational progress, but also to enhance the project with visual marketing content.
With a sustainable approach and an artificial intelligence-based software platform, TimeLapseLab supports the Colliers team in optimising resources and reducing site visits, while maintaining total control over time and quality. The continuous monitoring of the construction site will help meet the projected timeline for the resort’s opening in 2026, while preserving the historical and cultural value of the building.
We are proud to be part of this iconic project, where past and future come together to create a destination of excellence that embodies the spirit of Lake Como.
