TimelapseLab will follow the works for the redevelopment of the building in Viale Sarca 336, in Milan. The device used is the TLA8 VF, for a total duration of 18 months. The device with motorized varifocal will allow quick and effective monitoring, with the possibility of adjusting the frame entirely remotely and in a few clicks, ensuring high definition images.
Barings, a US real estate investment management company, has completed the acquisition by the Italian closed-end reserved alternative real estate investment fund called “Value Add II Italy”, managed by Savills Investment Management SGR S.p.A. The agreement provides for the total redevelopment of the building with a contemporary declination of the architectural archetypes of the context, in continuity with the development of the Bicocca district. The structure will absorb the range of colors and morphological references in the facade structure and will cover both the common areas and the office spaces. The property will be built in the heart of the Bicocca Business District, which over time has become a point of reference for the most important national and international companies, thanks to its high accessibility, the enhancement of means of transport and the presence of all essential services.
The enhancement intervention aims to increase the use of common areas and office spaces. To this end, a hall designed as an environment in balance and continuity with the exterior of the building will be created thanks to the color, the materials used and the double-height glazing, suitable for hosting one or more reception areas, modular meeting rooms for use by tenant, equipped green areas, bright and efficient environments.
The new facade, fully glazed, will guarantee transparency and lightness to the structure, with different chromatic effects for each floor. Open space spaces equipped with floating floors, with distribution of exposed and ceiling systems, the ground floor and the top floor with the emptying necessary to make the building permeable, will be the synonym of a perfect union between the industrial origins of the sector and the modern efficiency of spaces.
