TIME LAPSE FOR CONSTRUCTION SITES IN MALLORCA
Video timelapse Mallorca devices and construction site monitoring
Timelapse supports construction companies working in Mallorca with professional time lapse video production and remote site monitoring.
Much of the island’s building work has to fit the narrow window between tourist seasons: hotel refurbishments in Palma, Alcúdia and the Calvià coast start after October and have to be finished before the first flights arrive. A camera that records every day, on its own, is the simplest way to prove that schedule is being kept.
The same footage serves the site meeting, the investor update and the marketing team, without anyone having to travel to the site to take pictures.

Increase the visibility of your business
Do you want a project in Mallorca to be easier to follow, present and promote?
Between the Palma waterfront, the port expansion works and the villa market inland, a Balearic project is usually explained to people who never set foot on the site: a fund in Madrid, a hotel chain’s head office, a licensing committee at the Ajuntament.
A time lapse video turns eight months of work into ninety seconds that anyone understands, and gives you a dated visual record for the file at the same time.
Timelapse video service and construction site monitoring in Mallorca
Need reliable timelapse and monitoring for a project in Mallorca?
Timelapse provides industrial devices, remote supervision and finished video production for contractors, developers and technical offices working on the island.
Our units are built for long outdoor installations: sealed housings, salt-air resistance and a power supply that works from mains or solar. Images go to secure cloud storage and stay in your private area for the whole life of the project.
Use Timelapse to follow a Mallorca site in real time and to produce high-definition videos for handover, reporting and communication.
Why choose Timelapse in Mallorca?
Working on an island changes the arithmetic. Every technician who has to fly to Palma for a site inspection costs a day and a plane ticket, and a hotel refurbishment on a fixed reopening date cannot afford to lose one.
With Timelapse the service is turnkey: we study the site, prepare the device, ship it in a rigid case, guide the installation by phone and verify the framing before the work starts.
From then on the site reports itself, every day, to everyone who needs to see it.
Intelligent industrial quality devices for site monitoring in Mallorca
Timelapse systems are not cameras with a timer: they are industrial monitoring devices with artificial intelligence on board.
The privacy software recognises and blurs faces, plates and sensitive areas automatically, which matters on the sites in Palma where the public passes a metre from the hoarding. Alerts flag power cuts, framing changes and unexpected access out of hours.
The coastal locations are the hard ones: salt, humidity and summer heat. The housings are specified for exactly that, and nobody has to go up on the mast to change a memory card.

Individual photos, weekly zip, an entire month of shots. You will be able to control all the devices and frames, to obtain a time lapse video to check the status and the evolution of the project activity, and much more.
Alert system - Remote surveillance systems for construction sites
The platform for the remote surveillance systems for construction sites sends swift notifications in case of anomalies such as power failures on site and access during non-working hours. You can easily manage the alert messages by setting the activation and sending frequency.
By setting the site working hours, an email message will be received in case of detection of intruders. The alert message will be immediately sent by email to always have your construction site under control and prevent any inconvenience.
The types of alerts are: malfunctioning, access control, weather alert, intrusion of people inside the construction site outside of working hours, ideal for a timelapse Mallorca project.
